I'm Aneesh Naik, a Leverhulme Early Career Research Fellow at the Royal Observatory, Edinburgh. Before this, I was a postdoc in the Particle Theory group at the University of Nottingham, and before that did my PhD at the Institute of Astronomy, University of Cambridge.
I'm interested in galactic dynamics, and how one can use it to test fundamental physics, such as our theory of gravity and the nature of dark matter.
Outside of work, I'm an enthusiastic gardener, reader, rambler, birdwatcher and cruciverbalist.
